The Chicagoland chapter of the FSH Society is all set to launch!! Mark your calendar, October 27th is the big day. You won’t believe what we have in store. Speakers, a really tasty lunch, a sneak peek at where our chapter is headed, lots of ways for you to directly impact the face of FSHD and our chapter and best of all, lots of chances to meet and connect with others affected by this disease.
We’re looking forward to seeing you all there. But more than just you, we want to meet your friends, your family and your medical team too. Northwestern Medicine has graciously offered us space in their new $400 million hospital and there is plenty of room (and food) for everyone. Together let’s use this chapter launch to educate a few more people in our life circles.
Please join Dr Nagar, a neurologist from Northwestern Medicine, Beth Johnston, the Chief Community Development Officer for the FSH Society, myself and other FSHers for a wonderful afternoon!
*A note about Directions: Park and enter by the main entrance, Pavilion C, then head towards the Hughes Conference Center, Pavilion A Room C/F. See you there!
