We are wrapping up the year-end response to the Special Matching Gift Offer from FSH Society Board of Directors that doubled your 2008 Donation! We received a total of $123,856 in response to the boards matching funds offer of $117,200.
Thank you to all of you for making generous gifts and for supporting Society staff when we needed you to step up to contribute matching funds.
This is likely to be another difficult fundraising year ahead and we are delighted with the response in extraordinary economic times. There are also some other challenge fund offers and solicitations underway that will give our revenues a boost in early 2009. I’ll post information on these programs in the near future.
