Include the FSH Society in Estate Planning, Wills and Bequest
You may leave a particular asset (cash, stocks, real estate, etc.), a specific dollar amount (i.e. “I leave $amount to the FSH Society, Inc.) or a stated percentage of your estate or residual estate to the FSH Society, Inc. It is also possible to name the FSH Society as a contingent beneficiary of your estate in the eventuality that your named beneficiary is no longer alive at the time your will is probated. Benefits to You Bequests to the FSH Society are deductible from your gross estate for estate tax purposes. There is no limit on the amount that can be deducted from your estate for charitable bequests.
