Include the FSH Society in your Will
You may remember a confusing and frightening moment when you learned a loved one or someone else you know had facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD). You wished you could help. Here is one way you can. You can help us in our quest for treatments, to improve quality of life for those affected by this disease, and provide hope for a cure through the promise of research by becoming a member of the FSHD Future Fund. The Future Fund is the FSH Society’s recognition program that acknowledges individuals and families who have remembered the Society through a bequest in their wills. If you have already included the FSH Society in your will, we hope you will let us know. If you will allow the Society to recognize your dedication in our Annual Donor Report, your example might inspire others. Won’t you join the FSHD Future Fund?
