Corporate Matching Gifts—Maximize the Value of Your Gift

You can if your company matches employee contributions.

Here’s how to take part:

• Contact your employer's human resources office and ask if your company matches employee donations.
• Print or request your company's matching gift form. Review the program guidelines to see if the FSH Society is eligible.
• Mail the completed form to the FSH Society. We'll handle the rest, and the company will send its matching donation directly to the Society.

Your generous donation together with others from the FSHD community helps to find treatments for patients, to improve their quality of life, and to provide hope for a cure through the promise of research. Your employer's matching gift will also assist these efforts. Many companies also match volunteer hours or gifts from spouses, retirees, and board members!
